Description


The integration of bi-metal thermally driven actuator to the self-sensing SPM-cantilevers is the base for this unique probe. Today this is established unique product from nano analytik offering high scanning probe performance at high scanning rates. These sensors are manually exchangeable in less than 15sec, tip- approach in 5sec (from 2mm over the sample employing nano analytik fast approach technology) and image in 40sec — for highest AFM productivity.

Scanning speed 100 l/sec, (10 µm x 10 µm for 50 nm topology height).
